Bc born! Got it to work. Got the dumb message. Hit the cant download mods fallout 4 xbox one button on controller. Started up FarCry 5 then went straight back to Cant download mods fallout 4 xbox one. Mods DLed no prob. So I think the 'game swapping ' works. At any rate, usually the only fix is to reinstall those mods and make sure they are uninstalled correctly or to write down all your mods, delete the reserved space for F4 on the xbox and then reinstall everything.
